If you are interested in lessons, please contact me. You will be asked to then fill out this application for enrollment and return it to the studio. This application allows me to get to know your goals and needs as a student. This is important to me as I believe in ensuring that a teacher and student are a good "fit." After you have completed the application, we can schedule an interview where we can meet and discuss lesson details. |
